Digital Marketer | Tech & Business Background | Insights from 16 countries
My background shaped how I think I've built systems as a developer, managed a real business through a crisis, and observed people across 16 countries.
That taught me one thing:
Most marketing problems aren't marketing problems. They're business problems in disguise.
So before any tactic, I ask: What's the real problem? Who are we talking to? Why should they care?
Then I test. Observe. Improve.
I don't guess. I think, test, and learn.
In 2020, our entire revenue disappeared in one week.
We built our business on wedding invitation cards. Then lockdown hit venues closed overnight, and demand vanished.
Most businesses waited. Many closed.
We made a different decision: rebuild from scratch.
Same team. Zero extra budget. New direction.
We pivoted to B2B printing prescriptions, invoices, business documents. A market that still had demand.
Six months later, we doubled our revenue.
That experience taught me something you don’t learn in classrooms:
Marketing isn’t about selling what you have.
It’s about finding where demand still exists and moving fast enough to reach it.
